"My name is Bret Curry. I’m a cinematographer and photographer based in Los Angeles. Because I work in both motion and stills, it’s important for me to have tools that can quickly switch modes — and Leica built their SL2 and SL2-S with that need in mind. I believe the highest compliment you can give a camera is that it completely gets out of the way and allows you to focus on the image, the environment, and the people around you. A camera can be a passport to new worlds as well as an interpretive companion and the SL2 cameras are at home in every new place I bring them.”
